Kung akala nyo patay na ako.. nag kakamali kayo.. buhay na buhay pa ako... naging busy lang ako lately dahil sa work.. Level up na po kase ang inyong lingkod..Mula sa simpleng mamamayan nang industryang pinapasukan ko.. ako ay binigyan nang pag kakataong maging isang QA Intern.. So simula December hangang sa kasalukuyan, ako ay walang sawang nakikinig, nag gragrade, nag sesend nang report, nag gegenerate nang templates (madugo!) at nag cocoach nang mga ahenteng tumatanggap nang tawag mula sa kabilang mundo..

Masaya? OO.. Challenging? Very.. Stressful? Naman.. Pero sabi nga nang mentor ko.. ( itago naten sya sa pangalang Maria Cecilia) kung hindi ko susubukan ang isang bagay, pano ko malalaman kung kaya ko ba o hindi..Halos mangiyak ngiyak nga ako nung una dahil sa work load ko.. Simula nang umupo ako sa entablado.. Ang Excel, Micrsoft Outlook at IM ang bago kung tropa.. Sama mo na si Pareng headset at katropang pen and paper! nakakawindang!!

Pero alam nyo buhay sa nang tao, hindi pwedeng puros petics ka na lang at lagi kang nasa comfort zone mo.. Hindi pwedeng makuntento ka na kung anung meron ka ngayon..at lalo hindi pwedeng mag paka stagnant ka sa isang situation na alam mo namang may mararating ka kung ipupush mo lang ang sarili mo para gawin yun..yan.. yan ang natutunan ko.. Onting piga nang utak..punas nang ilong dahil nakakanosebleed ang trabaho.. onting punas nang luha sa mga mata dahil halos 8 hours na nakatutok sa PC at kabig nang jacket dahil sobrang lamig sa office..Tadaaa!! QA na QA na ang dateng ko.. hahaha.. Feelingera! ugh!

Almost three years na ako sa call center.. Almost 3 years na akong ahente..Three years na ako nag chachaga at umaariba para gumanda ang stats ko para makakuha nang incentives.. Three years..geeesshh!!!

Ngayon napatunayan ko sa sarili ko.. Mas masarap paden maging ahente..hahaha!!!pero nahahahasa naman ang utak ko pagdating sa pagiging QA.. ( imaginin mo.. lahat nang brain cells ko gumgalaw)...Hayy.. oh well.. basta ang importante.. Kahit anu man katayuan naten sa buhay.. anu mang posisyon ang marating naten.. wag lang tayo mag popower tripping.. diba??bad yun... :P
